Get Moving and Motivated
Join our Active and Engaged programs at The Shed. We encourage and support you to improve and maintain your physical fitness while engaging in a range of team sports, individual exercise and movement activities.
BOWLING LEAGUE
Join the Bowling League and engage in fun activities at Ten Pin Bowling alley. Our Bowling League compete each week in a Bowling competition which lasts all year.
FITNESS
Improve your mobility, health, coordination and strength with the Fitness Groups. Enjoy a variety of physcial activities designed to make fitness fun.
GYM & SWIM
Our Gym & Swim Groups visit the gym and swim at local swim centres to increase physical fitness and health. If you enjoy a good work out and want to improve your swimming skills, this is the group for you.
MY SPORTS CLUB
Our My Sports Group program at The Shed follow a sports calendar that try a variety of sports throughout the year to encourage the learning of new sporting skills.
WALKING GROUPS
Join our Heart Foundation Walking Groups to improve your heart health and enjoy getting outdoors for some fresh air and sunshine, while walking your way to fitness.
FASTER, LEANER, STRONGER
Reach your fitness goals if you want to be Faster, Leaner, Stronger in our supported training sessions. Work to achieve your health and fitness goals with weight training and targeted exercise groups.
